Agricultural Commercial Manager - LATAM

Schooling: Complete college degree with Post-Graduation in the concerned field will be considered a differential;

Languages: Fluent English and Spanish;

Availability to live in Southern Brazil.

Background:

Experience in agribusiness companies;

Track record with commercial performance experienced in Latin American countries;

Experience as team manager.

Main Activities:

Definition of Sales targets for Latin America, assuring the growth and profitability of the company’s businesses;

Responsible for prospecting markets and analysis of commercial feasibility;

Analysis of competitors and anticipation of Market trends;

Assure the company’s strategic plan formulation in order to guarantee profitable growth;

Development of sales policies and creation of programs aimed at meeting the needs of each client.
