Our client is a world manufacturing company, leader on its segment in Brazil.

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager - BR, with dotted line to Global HR Director, your main responsibilities will be to:
Management of all pillars of HR, including: Safety Health & Environment; Recruitment and Selection; Training & development; Communication; Compensation & Benefits; Union Relations; Payroll;
Maintain an environment of good Labor and Union relations, offering to all involved in this context the information necessary to do so;
Plan & Control all the budget involving people forecast and keep a strong cost controlling / cost saving;
Advise employees about the Policies, Procedures of the Organization and also ensure the compliance of all laws inherent in the employment relationship;
Analyze and work proactively in the management of remuneration;
Work together with other managers towards the development of teams and to coordinate training and development where necessary ;
Perfil desejado
The ideal candidate must have a Higher education degree, preferably in Business Administration or Law . MBA in Human Resources is considered a plus. Fluent English and proven experience from the automotive, auto parts or manufacturing market (B2B) complete the requirements for this opportunity.Benefícios:
