Oferta:

Reporting to the Human Resources Director in Latin America, your main responsabilities will be:

-Ensure that key HR strategic and operational processes are delivered successfully to the business;
-Implement organizational excellence by identifying business needs and developing solutions by partnering with various HR leaders/ teams in areas such as talent acquisition, performance/career management, team member/leader development, succession planning, payroll, union negotiations, compensation, employee benefits, recruitment and selection, training and organizational development;
-Support and guideline management where necessary in terms of organizational change;
-Develop and use deep insight of customer/business areas to develop the HR agenda and work with expert HR teams to deliver high quality solutions;
-To be an active and influential player enabling the effective diagnosis of business issues/ strategy and goals, and adding value to their delivery through the development and implementation of appropriate People Plans;

Perfil desejado

This is a true generalist role. To be successful it is essential you have a proven track record of working in the Oil and Gas Sector. You will have a track record in operating at a strategic and operations level in an HR field, both operational and transformation. Furthermore, you will possess excellent interpersonal and relationship skills with the ability to communicate effectively by displaying excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
The candidate has to have high energy, delivery focused, good communication & influencing skills, experience of coaching senior leaders and facilitating senior teams, expertise in driving organisational change and design,experience of developing competency frameworks and learning. Fluent english is mandatory.
