LATAM candidates will be based in their own country, where Roche Diagnostics office is established. Candidates outside LATAM will be based in Sao Paulo (Brazil).

As a member of the LATAM Subregional Team, the Medical Manager Manager:
Drives adoption of Medical Value tests by the relevant medical community;
Positions RD as a Medical Value company with stakeholders and customer groups;
Develops and implements with the countries a strategic medical marketing plan for a set of parameters;
Develops and orchestrates implementation of promotional activities targeted at the physicians in the countries;
Educates, trains and guides country staff in their depolyment of medical marketing activities;
Works efficiently with other Project Managers and the Medical Manager, EMEA-LATAM and Business Areas.

The ideal candidate possesses the following experience and skills:

University degree in Life Sciences, business or other fields;
At least 3 years of successful Medical Marketing experience for marketed pharmaceuticals, including in a Product Manager function;
Development and implementation of strategic medical plan ;
Track record of making commercial decisions and aligning, the organization behind them;
Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills;
Interpersonal relationship skills and solid capabilities to work in matrix organizations;
Good knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese, English is a must;
Prepared to travel frequently (50%-60% of your time)
