(Automotive Wire Harness)

 Job description

- Responsible for the sales & market development of our automotive wireharness products in Brazil.

- Develops and executes sales strategiesto maximize business opportunities and market penetration that ensuresattainment of company sales goals and profitability.

- Initiates and coordinatesdevelopment of action plans to penetrate new markets

- Collaborates with seniormanagement to ensure an effective alignment and implementation of sales &marketing strategies and business plans.

- Work closelywith R&D, QA and Production teams to provide technical supports andvalue-added solutions to customers.

- Controlsexpenses to meet budget guidelines

- Adheres toall company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures thatthey are communicated and implemented within the team.

- Maintainscontact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Qualification 

- Electrical or mechanical engineer or relevant disciplines

- 3 - 5 yearsof solid sales experience in Brazil

- Familiar withautomotive wire harness

- Excellentinterpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Good commandof spoken and written English and Portuguese.
