Job Description
|
· Support BPO solution design
· Support in development of low platform automation
· Get involved in client tools deployment (from Business Requirement Design to Test Phase)
· Participate in analysis for new projects opportunities
· Participate in preparation of RFP (Request for proposal) responses
· Managing information and general administration support
· Provide relevant management information
· Support client internal demands related to customer management
· Availability for traveling

Brief description of the area
|
The BPO project area is responsible for developing customer solutions, providing process mapping, quality control and transition processes to be migrated from the client to client. It also acts in order to expand the relationship with current customers by offering process improvement and new transitions (new process outsourcing).
The governance area ensures that project employees perform tasks in accordance with client requirements (statement of work agreed with the client); reviews cost data to monitor variances between budget and actual expenses ensuring the overall successful of a project.
