Transition Manager
Location: Belo Horizonte/MG, São Paulo/SP, Curitiba/PR - Brazil
Skill Set:
·         Bachelors Degree with IT experience including Infrastructure Projects, large Transitions, Delivery and Operation.
·         ITIL Foundation certification(Essential) / PMP certification (desirable)
·         Experience of project delivery in all aspects of the Transition Lifecycle Management- introduction of outsourcing or managed support services, specific examples include, service desk, Data Centre operations, systems and network management, hardware maintenance and site services.
·         Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence client and stakeholders.
·         Ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-cultural environments at Global Level.
·         Demonstrated success of working effectively under short timeframes and significant pressure.
·         Knowledge of Managed Services Delivery practices, process and tools.
·         Risk management experience with ability to proactively assess/manage/mitigate risks.
·         Strong ability to lead and coordinate large teams, often, Worldwide and virtual.
·         Ability to influence across different functions, geographies, to build strong consensus where lines of authority may not be direct, both inside and outside Wipro.
·         Experience in interfacing with sales and client teams in developing/validating Transition Solutions, Validation of Transition proposals, and Due Diligence exercises.
·         Very good planning skills with proficiency in using project management tools like MS project.
·         Experience of managing, direct/matrix, project managers, technical resource and other resource assigned to a Service Transition.
·         Experience in managing deliverables via 3rd party vendors.

Responsibilities:
·         Deliver all Transition Projects and Programmes in line with Wipro’s Transition Framework and recognized best practice methodologies.
·         Produce detailed Transition plans with agreed milestones and interdependencies.
·         Participate in all Governance reviews with the customer – daily, weekly and monthly
·         Ensure structured internal reviews to track project progress.
·         Publish weekly transition dashboard incorporating all Transition streams to the stakeholders.
·         Responsible for management of the wider transition team, project management resource, internal technical resource, 3rd party suppliers, account team members and client stakeholders.
·         Interface with 3rd party suppliers, for planning timelines and to ensure quality of deliverables.
·         Ensure strict commercial change control to manage deviations.
·         Escalate major Transition issues to Management with recommendations on how to address.
·         Ensure Transition are within time and budget constraints and meet the required level of quality
·         Ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner and the appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
·         Ensure smooth handover of the baton to the delivery team at the end of the transition.
·         Document the learning’s from Transition at the end of the project and discuss with key stakeholders.


Delivery Manager
Location: Belo Horizonte/MG - Brazil
Skill Set:
·         Strong  experience as project / team lead
·         Strong technical foundation
·         Experience in Infrastructure technologies
·         Excellent communication and leadership skills
·         Skillful project management and program management
·         Knowledge of Infrastructure process standards like ITIL
·         Client Focus – ability to manage Client expectations

Responsibilities:
·         Overall Management of the project.
·         Manages the overall budget, deliverables, and deadlines associated with service
·         Manage customer expectation and satisfaction, ensuring deliverable content and quality
·         Establishing team, assign responsibilities, set team direction
·         Resolves  escalations within the norms specified in the SLA
·         Responsible for overall quality assurance & SLA adherence
·         Monitors and reports on performance, and any deviations from, the defined SLA’s
·         Defining and constantly improving the processes undertaken to deliver and manage services which meet, or exceed, the agreed SLA's
·         Provides status reports to customer stakeholders


Data Center Manager
Location: Belo Horizonte/MG - Brazil
Skill Set:
·         Strong  experience in running data center operations
·         Appropriate Certifications
·         Strong analytical & trouble shooting skills
·         Knowledge of process standards
·         Knowledge of server, database, storage technologies
·         Team management skills
·         Communication skills

Responsibilities:
·         Manage & handle escalated issues/activities related to operations environment
·         Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
·         Propose recommendations to improve the operations processes
·         Provide status and updates on problems at customer’s request or according to severity guidelines
·         Perform Root Cause Analysis
·         Manage Knowledge Base, Knowledge Sharing & Documentation for quick references
·         Implement process improvements
