PROTOCOL TEAM MANAGER (1 VAGA) - MANAUS AM

PROTOCOL TEAM MANAGER Degree: Bachelor in telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer science or computer engineering Overview: Responsible to manage protocol technical engineering team including protocol laboratory. Work with internal model development team to achieve project goals. This person will be responsible to define, measure and improve technical abilities of protocol development engineers and protocol test engineers. Must have very good understanding of telecommunication protocols in general (CDMA, GSM, UMTS, LTE, IMS) as well as mobile devices key technologies and features. He must have a passion for technology and be self driven professional with excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: •       Create the game studio short, mid and long term strategy •       Plan team’s resources to achieve project goals •       Manage costs, quality and scope of protocol team and protocol laboratory •       Define management KPI, follow up project and prepare reports to upper management team •       Perform functional management of engineers •       Act as main communication channel to protocol technical group in Samsung HQ in Korea Skills and experience •       Vast management experience in telecommunications protocol and development area like embedded software development in mobile area •       Experience in test laboratory management •       Great sense of team work and ability to create a vision •       Capable of providing focused and inspiring leadership •       Sense of responsibility, high quality standard to apply to the teams Language: Fluent English. Korean or Spanish is a plus.
